Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB No.) along with the courier partner name will be shared with you via email. You can track your shipment by visiting the respective courier partner’s website and entering the AWB number provided to check the current status and expected delivery date.

Delivery

Within India, we ship through registered and reliable courier partners. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times before returning the package to us.

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code.
  • Ensure the mobile number provided is reachable at the time of delivery.

Domestic Deliveries (Within India)

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned are estimated and may vary due to logistical constraints, courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  • Once an order is dispatched, Qunic is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure that all shipping and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
  • Qunic will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts resulting in return to origin, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
