Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

By making a purchase on Qunic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as policies differ for Clothing/Apparel and Trinkets (Jewellery).


1. General Terms (Applicable to All Products)

  • All policies mentioned below are final and binding.
  • Products once sold are not taken back, except where explicitly stated.

2. Clothing / Apparel Policy

A. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are provided on only Clothing items with a refund window upto 48 hours.
  • Customers can self-apply for refunds from the website.
  • Any product purchased on Sale won't be applicable for refund.
  • Customer has to provide one side shipping and our team will review the product, and then proceed with the Refund process once the product is checked.
  • Sale, discounted, coupon-applied, or gift voucher purchases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

B. Size Exchange (Clothing Only)

  • One-time size exchange is allowed per order, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Size exchange is applicable only if the product is:
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With all original tags and labels intact
  • In original packaging

Important Notes:

  • Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for exchange.
  • Only size exchange is allowed (bigger or smaller size).
  • Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

C. Store Credit (Clothing)

  • If the desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
  • Store credit equals product value minus shipping/COD charges.
  • Valid for 90 days.
  • Must be used in a single transaction.
  • Credit note will be emailed to the customer.

D. Shipping for Exchange (Clothing)

  • Return shipping and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Qunic does not provide reverse pickup.
  • Customers must use a traceable courier service.
  • Qunic is not responsible for lost shipments.

E. Damaged or Wrong Product (Clothing)

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
  • Claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted.

F. Exchange Not Accepted If

  • Customer does not like the material or colour
  • Minor colour variation (10–12%) due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Product is worn, washed, or damaged
  • Accessories (no exchange or return)
  • Sale / discounted / coupon / gift voucher purchases

3. Trinkets / Jewellery Policy

Due to the delicate nature and hygiene standards of jewellery, the following strict policy applies.

A. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations (Jewellery)

  • All Trinkets (Jewellery), including earrings, are FINAL SALE.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges once delivered.
  • Jewellery orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

B. Damaged Jewellery (Transit Damage Only)

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory:
  • Video must start from the sealed package
  • No cuts, pauses, or edits

Requests raised after 24 hours or without an unboxing video will not be eligible.

Note: Replacement will be issued only for the affected piece, subject to verification and availability.

C. Important Jewellery Notes

  • Customers should carefully review all product details before ordering.
  • Jewellery items are delicate and require careful handling.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

4. Order Cancellation Policy (Non-Jewellery Only)

  • Cancellation within 24 hours applies only to Clothing/Apparel orders.
  • Jewellery/Trinkets orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled through the website.

Prepaid Clothing Orders

  • Cancellation will be issued as a credit note only.

COD Clothing Orders

  • Must be cancelled strictly within 24 hours of order placement.
